This intensive workshop is designed for professional dancers and students from full-time dance training programs. Each day includes six and a half hours of studio time in the superb studios of Canada's National Ballet School. Mornings focus on physical practice, beginning with a Pilates based warm-up with Sahara Morimoto, followed by a demanding and exhilarating contemporary technique class with master teacher Peggy Baker. Afternoons are dedicated to creative practice, and participants will needs to have 3 - 6 minutes of solo choreography to be used as the basis for an exploration of powerful and innovative rehearsal techniques under the direction of Ms Baker. Every day concludes with the balancing and integrating impact of a yoga class led by Sylvain Brochu.

Fee: $375 plus GST
